LaPlaya de Arizona...Inviting, secluded oceanfront property located 25miles north of Puerto Vallarta, in the private, gated community of Punta del Burro. Rich with Mexican spirit, this charming beach house blends the very best of modern conveniences with the accents of traditional Mexico.

Accommodations for up to eight adults. Each bedroom is fully-appointed, tastefully furnished, air-conditioned and offers an en-suite bathroom. The air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. Spectacular Beach Palapa with built in wet bar, boasting sweeping views up and down the coastline. Heated pool surrounded by lush landscaping, ample seating, BBQ and poolside wetbar.

Spend a relaxing morning in the privacy of the custom-designed authentic thatch-roofed palapa, savoring the authentic specialties of Mexico, prepared by the cook with your special tastes in mind. The afternoon is full of possibilities, and can be spent in quiet tranquility, searching for shells on the beach or lounging in the shade of the palapa -- also known as the living room on the beach! Please note the property is separated from the beach by a small access road (less than 30 second walk to beach)

How about a day trip to the surfing town of Sayulita? Shop and take in some local flavor at the popular eatery, Don Pablos. You are within ten minutes of some excellent local restaurants and elegant dining. Tapas Del Mundo, in downtown Bucerias, is well known for its celebrity patrons and sumptuous original fare. These are just a few of our own favorite family night spots.

If you would prefer to do your own cooking, feel free to take advantage of our fully-appointed, well-equipped and spacious kitchen, or use the BBQ grill located next to the heated pool. Provide the staff with a grocery list and they will gladly accommodate your needs.

La Playa De Arizona boasts lovely accommodations for up to 8 guests. Each guest suite is individually climate controlled for maximum comfort, along with the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep. Each suite includes its own private full bath and sitting area, along with a private entrance overlooking the pool and beach.
